Dr. Madhu Jain is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with over 20 years of experience.

She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Jain Completed combined residency in PM&R and internal medicine at Sinai and Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore Maryland. In addition to her PM&R background, Dr. Jain is also board-certified in Brain Injury Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
